We will dig deep into your negative beliefs or any obstacle that might be holding you back to achieve your goal and help you shift your mindset to an happier and more balance lifestyle.

One to One
A one to one session is all about you and we work together on any specific area / emotions you feel could benefit you.
If you are unsure but know you need some help/guidance then book a session with me and we can unlock your potential - bonus our first session will be half price to get you going.

Group Session
Group session - if you know someone who would like to change their life or simply understand themselves better maybe a college, family member, friend ...
You can come as a group of 2-6 people and share the cost but don't worry this won't effect the amount you get from the session.

Speech
I will be doing a one hour speech (dates will be on my social media platform and on my website closer to the time)
This will introduce myself and the idea of a more positive lifestyle and to allow you to see if this is what you are looking for.
The aim of this is to outline the different ways we can understand ourselves as a whole as well as others. It will also explain the role of the belief system a little bit better.
So this will give you everything that you need to know to start your journey toward your brighter future.

4 Week Program
In this four week program, I will give you tools on

how to change your mindset

how to identify your negative beliefs

how to have a different understanding of how others act and react in the world around you.
This is the best starter pack for anyone, as you will have enough information and comprehension about yourself that will give you the ability to change some of your negative habits (that's if you want too) and as a group we will support each other the best way we can and this is without any judgement from others!
We will understand the different emotions of positivity, and work on the past, the future and how to be more in the present.
