One of the most important aspect of happiness is to define happiness, to understand the difference between happiness, joy and pleasure and understand how each one influence our lifestyle.

Some say you have to be happy to be positive , some say you have to be positive to be happy it can be hard to know where to start.

We have the power to change the things from the inside of us and control out emotions, we can not expect to change the things on the outside of us, if you look in the mirror and don't like the reflexion, you can not shout at the mirror. You have to start smiling in order to see you reflexion smile.

Mindfulness 

If you feel that you don't understand the people around you or you have difficulty controlling your own emotions & thoughts. These could be but not limited too :

Sometimes we don't understand why we act in a certain way, I can help you identify the cause of it and ways that you can change to have a more positive lifestyle that you crave.

 

Within us we create every emotion and thought that we have, we create them unconsciously with what we believe to be true about a situation or a person.

 

But every belief that we have comes from our parents, society, religion, school... there are not really ours, so we are nobody and everybody at the same time and this is the reason that we feel all these negative emotions, that don't serve us in a positive way.

 

We can together identify these beliefs, by bringing them to the light and if they are not serving you in a positive way then we will work together to let them go.

Life can play tricks on us, there are challenges in everyone's lives. We all try to overcome these challenges, to the best of our ability but sometime we lose our positivity, our joy and some circles start to bring us down.

Together we can turn these circles around, to put you on a more positive, happier and fulfilling path in life.

A big part of our negativity is how we perceive things in life, I will bring you a better understanding on how our beliefs make us perceive things in a certain ways and give you the tools to change your negative perception into a positive one or let go of the things we can not control.

Why is it so difficult to be in the present ? or if you don't feel like you are living in the present moment......

Scientist have said that on average we are in our own thoughts or day dreaming for about 60% of the day. That means we are only present 40% of the time.

 

To be in the present moment we must live in every moment and experience it fully.

  To be in the present moment you must have absence of your thoughts from the past and the future.

I can guide you through this process of including your past into your present, give you guidance to overcome grief, and give you tools to overcome some of your future challenges.

Have less thoughts and help you develop an awareness on what you are thinking and help you live your life in the present moment.
